“Overall, I enjoyed the cleanse. The flavors were all good - I would buy some individually for snacks if they were in stores. Additionally, six juices were enough to keep me from getting hangry. One issue that I did run into was that the juices took much longer than 24 hrs to thaw out. It was a little stressful figuring out how to expedite the thawing process so that I could have the next juice. The only other negative comment I have is that I did not feel properly fueled to workout on the protein cleanse. I felt very out of it trying to go about my normal exercise routine (e.g. running and spinning). I think light exercise would be fine but users should be wary of strenuous exercise.”
