“I have ordered a cleanse with your company once before and even had my friend order one as well so we could do it together so I was excited to order again however the second time I never received my order. I contacted the helpline via email and was told we’ll go start a case with fedex and then we’ll try getting you a refund. First, why would I need to contact fedex, 2nd who said I wanted a refund. I wanted a juice cleanse. The customer service was very poor and not helpful
