“I’ve done juice cleanses before, but they can be difficult especially if you also work out. The protein cleanse was perfect! I really was not hungry and was able to continue doing moderate workouts. I wouldn’t do a long run or bike ride on this, unless you also supplement with fruit or veggies, but solid workouts ok. I did not supplement with other foods, but had a warm vegetable broth if I felt like I needed something hot other than coffee or tea. I lost about 3 pounds of the cleanse, which I did for 4 days. Really nice for a re-boot!”
“I have tried 2 previous juice cleanses...one was a 6 day cleanse and the other a 3-day cleanse. I was nervous to do a 7-Day cleanse as I was so hungry when I did the other cleanses. I have not felt hungry once and have consumed all 6 juices per day. I did not have to add anything extra like fresh fruit or vegetables...I was very satisfied and full. I only had a slight headache on day 2. I did the cleanse with the protein as I do work out. The flavors are amazing my most favorite was the peanut least favorite was the sweet Roots but that is only because I'm not a huge fan of beets....but with saying that it was still something I was easily able to drink and did not need to force myself to chug it. Very happy, so glad I chose RAW 7 day protein juice cleanse”

“Juices and smoothies both tasted good. I didn’t experience any weight loss at all which I normally do on a juice cleanse. It did keep me full, some days 4-5 bottles were enough.
