I did not use the restroom other than to urinate the entire course of the plan. I did ween off heavy, fatty foods and large meals going to the regimen. I drank only water and back coffee during and two days before the regimen. I lost 1.5 pounds, though I didn’t do RG to lose weight, I wanted to reset my digestion and metabolism some.”
