“I definitely enjoyed this program. By the end of the third day some of the flavors started not tasting as good but that was mainly because I drank the same shakes in the same order everyday. The product came as expected and took a bit longer to defrost. I didn't end up feeling as hungry as I thought since the shakes provided adequate nutrition. Overall would recommend!”
