Because I'm so active it was best for me to drink a juice then a few hours later a protein shake, etc... etc... to maintain cravings and sustain energy. “It tasted good the first time drinking it, more difficult drinking the 2nd time around. It was really really sweet. I was having stomach issues and had a hard time finishing the protein shakes. Didn't feel like a cleanse because of all that protein. I would try all diet cleanse next time.”
