“I did this cleanse with my colleague and we absolutely loved it!! Having the 3 protein shakes really helped make the entire 3 days very manageable! We also thought the shakes and juices were delicious! Will be doing this again next week with some neighbors!! We both workout and intermittent fast and continued both easily!
