“I wanted to reset my digestion and this definitely did that. That and the taste are the only reason I gave this more than one star. I dropped weight rapidly and was starving the whole time. I tried lifting weights and that was not possible. I went significantly lighter as the directions suggested. This was a very uncomfortable, unpleasant experience. I will never buy these again.”
“Flavor was good and lost a few pounds however at day 3 began having very bad muscle aches/pains (especially in my lower legs and knees). My wife was having similar symptoms. I believe it was from a lack of electrolytes in my body. Discomfort ended after cleanse was over. Would not recommend doing a juice only diet.”
