“This wasn’t my first juice cleanse but it was the first protein one I’ve tried. I’d like to start by saying I lost 6 lbs in the 5 days and I’m through my plateau with weight loss that I’ve been at for two months! That said, by day 4 my mouth was feeling gross from all the sugar. I don’t usually eat a lot of sugar. I just brushed my teeth more and that helped tremendously. I felt great the first two days and continued my workouts. Day 3 was the hardest, I was very hungry. I was glad it was my rest day because I was very tired too. Days 4 and 5 were actually the easiest and I am feeling great. :) very pleased with the cleanse. I did need all the juices plus a serving or two of veggies (the first 2 days) to not feel hungry, but by the end of the cleanse I was struggling to finish all the juice m.”
“Maybe it’s something particular about my body but I found I was bloated the whole time. I would not recommend. Just eat lean protein and green veggies for a week. This was a waste of money for me and just an uncomfy three days”
“I live in California and the juices/shakes surprisingly arrived frozen from NJ. I love that you can store them in the freezer and thaw them when you are ready. I have tried many cleanses over the years and this is my favorite. I run daily and do another workout and can't survive on a pure juice cleanse. Highly recommend this product!”
“I was extremely surprised that I was not hungry at all during cleanse. The smoothies definitely filled me up. First day I felt slightly sluggish but then was fine. Will do again
