“Juices need about 72 hours to defrost. They're mostly tasty but the peanut butter one is not nearly as good as the others. Definitely sturdy enough to workout lightly on.”
“I got this juice cleanse to not only cleanse but help me lose a pound or two! I’ve been on Weight Watchers for a year and thought I’d try this. This clense is NOT weight watchers friendly as they don’t claim to be. If I had the 6 juices a day I would intake double the points I get on weight watchers so once I knew that I kind of figured I wouldn’t lose any weight. Overall I did lose 2 pounds. I did the 3 day protein cleanse, my first ever cleanse! It was hard for me I’m not going to lie, I loveee food! Day one was good, I had 4 juices of 6. Day two I had 4 juices plus a banana plus an apple plus a handful of nuts. Day three it made me sick to really think about drinking juices haha so by dinner time I ate food. Mentally it was hard for me but I’m glad I tried it! In the future I would only want to do a one day cleanse probably. As far as working out day two I had no energy at all. Day three I did a two mile walk that was about it. Overall for taste, sweet greens 10/10, beet juice 4/10 (straight carrot), carrot juice 7/10(had an orange juice sort of taste but the ginger stung a little), vanilla cashew 10/10, hemp 10/10, peanut butter 10/10(a lot of people said it had a terrible chalky taste, I did not get that at all!)”
“There’s no denying how tasty these juices/smoothies are (the carrot took a min to grow on me). I definitely couldn’t wait for that morning dose of Reds. My scrub pants were much looser by mid week and and I felt a sense of “lightness” within my body.
I wouldn’t do the protein cleanse again, only because I found out I have a sensitivity to coconut milk (mid cleanse) and those smoothies were not my friend, as delicious as they are. However, I do plan to do just a juice cleanse again in about a month. This was just what I needed to kickstart a lifestyle of clean eating.”
“My husband and I did two 5-day protein cleanses over a three-week period (week 1: cleanse, week 2: break, week 3: cleanse). We worked out every day while doing the cleanse, including vigorous cycling classes on the Peloton, running outdoors, and weight training.
During the first cleanse, we both dropped about 6 pounds but gained about 2 of those pounds back the following week (so a net loss of 4). The second week of the cleanse, I lost another 8 pounds, and have maintained 6. So in total, we lost about 10 pounds. We continue to work out about 4/5 days a week with moderate to heavy intensity. We also continue to eat fairly clean, healthy meals...although we enjoy indulges every now and then. I highly recommend this for people who are serious about establishing a wellness routine that they are willing to (and can realistically) maintain.
Can this or the Skinny cleanse be used as a “quick fix”, yes...but the results will be very temporary and to me, isn’t worth all the effort to refrain from food for days at a time.”
“I did a 5 day cleanse and I was never hungry. I was the opposite always felt full and some days couldn’t finish a few of the juices. The flavors are wonderful! I did drop 5Lbs and have been able to keep it off.”
