“I did the 5 day protein cleanse. Couldn't be happier with the product. Lost weight fast, felt better, and was never starving. In fact there were some days where I forgot to have all 6 drinks. I took this cleanse in between Thanksgiving and XMas to mitigate the weight gain from holiday feasting and drinking and this was perfect. I actually lost 10 pounds in 5 days which is kind of extreme but mostly a result of me overindulging prior to the cleanse. I was prepared to struggle for the first 2 days but really only felt hanger and a headache on the first day. These juices taste as good as a juice cleanse could possibly taste, and I actually like the taste of veggie juice so these were great. Vanilla/Cashew protein drink was delicious and I'll miss it. There is no easy button to rapid weight loss/health improvement but this is pretty close. Just what I needed. “I went into this hesitantly. I am notorious for not sticking to the fad "diets" and live a very active lifestyle so I really need more calories than some. I chose the protein cleanse for this reason. I worked out, light weights and cardio, on day one. There's no denying i was a little weaker but i still made it through a good workout.
