“This was the first cleanse I ever did and I was nervous before starting. I did the 3-day cleanse, and timed each juice/smoothie 2 hours apart which was about how often I felt hungry. Everything tasted delicious and I am absolutely planning on doing this again soon. I didn’t work out because I felt like it would be too much on my body, but I did lose 5 lbs and have been able to keep it off since the cleanse a couple of weeks ago.”
“on day three of my five day protein cleanse. feeling great. drink one bottle every two hours starting at 7 am. the protein drinks are a wonderful balance to the fruit / veg drinks. i feel full / energetic. i felt a hunger pain for five minutes the first day. and none since. it's been smooth sailing im doing a light 30 minute workout a day. my body feels recharged and my confidence has boasted bc i never thought i'd be ok with this. my body/ mind amazes me ! looking forward to finishing this off and adding this cleanse seasonally to my diet.”
“Well my husband decided it would be a good idea to do one of these cleanses... well let’s just say they taste horrible!! We have the protein ones and it was not what I was expecting. I thought they would taste fruity and juicy. Well I was wrong they taste like you are drinking grass and dirt. I don’t understand how I am the first person to write a review like this. They just aren’t good in my opinion.”
