“I went into this hesitantly. I am notorious for not sticking to the fad "diets" and live a very active lifestyle so I really need more calories than some. I chose the protein cleanse for this reason. I worked out, light weights and cardio, on day one. There's no denying i was a little weaker but i still made it through a good workout. The next two days I opted for long walks (1-2 hours) instead of a traditional gym workout. I had almost no cravings, and felt lighter, more energetic and overall just better. I will regularly do juicing from here on out. It was such a great reset for my body and this was so easy.”
“Really loved the Juice and Protein pack! My husband and I added an extra Skinny juice pack and each did a 5 day cleanse and with 4 juices and 2 proteins daily and felt great. Each of us lost several lbs in that time, but most of all felt less bloated and more alert and more energized. Our bodies were crying out for more nutrients and this definitely provided! “I give five stars for taste and filling my hunger for the most part but only 4 in total as it took over 2 days in a fridge set to only 42 degrees to thaw. Actually I still had to stick them in a bowl of water to thaw and still some I drank with a little ice. If you are planning your cleanse keep in mind. Glad they arrived frozen but wow they were like frozen like a fossil. But 5 stars for taste! Good cleanse”
“Wow, Wow, WOW!! I loved my 3 day Protein cleanse so much that I purchased a 5 day cleanse while I was still doing the 3 day!! Each juice was delicious (I’m not a fan of green juices but this one was yum) and the smoothies were excellent. I can’t recommend this product enough. At first, six drinks doesn’t seem like enough but I actually stretched my 3 day to 5 days because I didn’t need to drink all 6. And I was able to overcome feeling ‘hangry’ by snacking in carrots. If you are in the fence, don’t be. You won’t be sorry. I feel so much better and my jeans fit better - and ready to tackle the next round of cleanse!!”
