The amount of protein in my opinion was very insufficient. Only 11 grams. The carbs/sugars out weigh the protein. For an athlete that’s not good. For someone with a very poor diet this could perhaps be a benefit. As a very active person I feel minimum 20 grams should be in place

Unfortunately, there is no way to get 20g of protein into a single bottle without using protein powders or other synthetic ingredients. I have tried a lot of different types of "greens". They do not taste good and I can't sustain drinking them more than a few times. Raw Generation has changed all that! I enjoy my greens, reds, and oranges in the mornings, and my smoothies in the afternoon! Love this product so much it is now a staple in my house. Make sure you are drinking your water!

Loved it! fills you up wasn’t hungry at all it kept me satisfied. I lost 5 pounds too! Plan on doing it monthly

The juices/protein blends all tasted really good. The Cashew vanilla I preferred frozen so it’s like ice cream. I didn’t like the beet juice at first but it grew on me. I did the 5 day protein cleanse although I had 4 bottles left over. I worked out (weights and cardio) 3/5 days. I was SO craving meat and eggs after day 5! My body felt calmer and I woke up easier. But I got very constipated and it offset the good feelings on day 3-5. I would not do this cleanse again. I would do the juice only (not the protein ones-although I would still consume those as a “treat”) and eat a regular protein rich and fiber rich dinner and walk daily to stay regular. I loved the convenience!! They came very frozen and all tasted very fresh.
