After the 3 day cleanse I definitely felt like my gut was less bloated and in a better place than before the cleanse. “I enjoyed the cleanse and the freshness of the drinks, but even leaving them in the fridge for 24-48 hours they were still mostly frozen. It could be my fridge/freezer, so I wish they were not frozen and just packaged with ice. Other than that, I enjoyed the different drink tastes throughout the day.”
“My second time on this cleanse and it was amazing. I felt full the whole day. Only had to eat veggies one day. The only downside was i couldn't do any high intensity worouts because of the lower calorie intake. So I'm thinking of trying the protein one next! But overall very good tasting and good quality!”
