“Good experience with my first 3day cleanse. Drinks were surprisingly tasty. Would consider a different plan in the future. Appreciated the welcome email and the breakdown info card delivered w/ the drinks...helpful.”
“So I ordered this juice cleanse but it seems to be a lot of sugar (18-22g of natural not added sugar) in each drink. They claim since it’s not added sugar it’s good for you! When I looked it up The American Heart Association guideline recommends the following criteria for sugar intake in different categories
For women: Consuming less than six teaspoons (25 g) of sugar per day
but there doesn’t seem to be a clear answer on natural sugar?
Can you help me out here?”
“The juices are great but A LOT of sugar. I tried to limit the juices to only 2-3 a day while eating nuts and a lot of fruits. If I felt hungry and needed more calories cause I try to eat at least 1200, I would eat a salad for lunch or dinner. I track my calories and my limit intake for sugar a day is 45g. These juices have 18+ for each bottle. So keep that in mind. Wouldn’t go down this route again. But it was a good try! (I am 5’1 and currently weigh 125) I lost 2 pound during that first week.”
“The juice cleanse was much easier than I had expected! I got hungry after day 2 but some raw veggies helped keep me on track. The juices are really good. I definitely felt energized and less bloated. I will continue to incorporate them in my daily routine and will try the protein cleanse next so I can work out. It is a great way to keep full in between meals with extra servings of fruit and veggies!”
