Overall I ended up drinking 4 juices a day because surprisingly I was full on just 4. I extended my cleanse to 4 and a half days. I have never felt better. My gut was regular, I lost 8 lbs total and I had more energy. I definitely plan to do this on a regular basis every 3-6 months just to reset my body from all the processed foods I intake.”

“I did the 3 day cleanse. The flavors were all pretty good except for the sweet roots, I couldn’t handle that one. I lost a total of 7 lbs but can’t back 5 once I started eating (healthy) again. Not sure if I’d do it again if the lbs don’t actually stay off.”
