“In anticipation of an upcoming vacation to a warm place, I wanted help to lose weight I put on over the holidays. I ordered the Skinny package & it arrived within a few days, perfectly packaged & frozen. I found that 3 a day satisfied my hunger so I was able to do a handful of cleanses with one order. I lost on average 1lb a night. I will definitely be placing another order when we get home. The only thing I would recommend is to defrost them outside of your refrigerator the day before - I kept my 3 in the fridge prior to my first cleanse day & they were still a bit frozen the next day. Not a big deal & I’m sure varies based on fridge temp.”
