“I ordered the 5 day cleanse and had to extend longer - I lost 9lbs in 7 days. For me, the juices were good (I'm used to this!) and plentiful - had to extend the cleanse longer (to 14 days) since I couldn't finish them. I thought juices were good because I'm used to this, I will admit that I had to CHUG the sweet roots -not a fan of beets.
