“Juice tastes great, very easy to follow for 5 days. Lost 5% (5 pounds) of body weight (and a bit of stubborn fat) which was a great motivator to start eating healthy after the holidays. Had lots of energy with extra juice left to extend another 2 days. Ate a smal amount of carrots and hummus daily for something to chew. Loved it so much that I intend to incorporate the juices into my regular diet moving forward.”
“This was my first juice cleanse. I’m not sure how healthy it is, given the high sugar, low protein, etc. but I’m not a nutritionist. I lost 8lbs in 7 days! I did have coffee with oat milk (store bought) and added raw veggies and nuts through the week. (Plus a few chocolate and wine treats. I cannot lie.) I do feel reset. I’m ready to eat healthy and raw-ish and motivated to keep up with some version of this plan. My cravings and fullness levels have been impacted for the better. The drinks taste great but are indeed very sweet. The first three days were the hardest for me and by day seven I could have kept going.”
