I also expressed how the package arrived with my beverages already half thawed, when even this company explains you should not thaw until you're ready to drink. I was told I should've ordered the Low Sugar Cleanse and supplemented with solid foods for fiber! Why sell a product high in natural sugars if you're going to divert all complaints about sugar content to buying a different product? Why make this one in the first place? And why give a step by step on how to cleanse with NO solid foods, only to say I should've supplemented with solids?
My product was not fully frozen upon arrival, and this company's responses/customer service is terrible.”
“I did the 5 day cleanse. While I was pleased with losing some inches around the waist/tummy, this product only flushes water weight and deprives you of calories. This means *temporary* weight loss. The worst part was how much sugar was in these products. There are little to no healthy fibers or fats. My product arrived HALF THAWED which causes some nutrients to oxidize leaving my cleanse all sugar, no health. What a waste of packaging for something that doesn’t keep beverages cold even in a snow storm. This was the biggest disappointment.
I would not recommend this brand even to “jumpstart” a diet.”
