Some of the juices are better than others. I could not survive on just juice- I need something to chew each day-even salad. I did not lose as much weight as I hoped to, even though I followed the "diet". I was very full, even bloated. I could not finish more than four or five juices per day. I thought that I would feel better than I did.

I followed the skinny cleanse for 5 days and drank 96oz of water a day. I lost 13lbs. I considered staying on the cleanse longer, but opted for a plant based regimen instead.

The juices really help cravings and I’m making better choices. I can only do the juice during the day, then have one meal for dinner (usually soup or salad) and the Weight was coming way off. They fill me up too which is very surprising. I will be doing this a few times a year before vacations!

I did the 5-day skinny juice cleanse. The juices tasted good. I read the FAQs and answers before I chose this cleanse, and it said that you do not "need to be close to a restroom," and that you won't be hungry. During this cleanse I was STARVING. I would drink the juice and be hungrier after drinking the juice than before. And let me tell you - you better have a toilet ready, and make sure you aren't going to be stuck somewhere where you can't RUN when the urge hits. Having said that, this is the first juice cleanse I have done, so perhaps all juice cleanses do that. This cleanse helped me break the cycle of eating sweets all the time, and now I am not craving sweets constantly. I am eating healthier meals than I was before the cleanse. It helped me "reset" and make better choices. Overall I would recommend it, assuming there isn't another cleanse that keeps you more full. If I did it again, I would opt for the juices with protein - that might keep me from wanting to eat my desk all day at work. I also would just do the 3-day cleanse. I ended up eating a couple of small healthy meals on days 4 and 5 (eggs and cooked veggies). I felt very sick the first time I ate food again, so I tried to introduce it slowly. Three days would have been plenty for my reset.
