“I would have been happy losing 5lbs iin 5 days but I lost 10lbs!!! It wasn't easy but I stayed disciplined and set a schedule. Had 1/2 cup of coffee at 9am, juice at 10, 12, 2, 4, and 6. Water the rest of the evening. The only negative was I could not drink the Tart green but that was okay bc I had plenty of the others. I plan on doing thing every 3 to 4 months.”
“I did the three day "Skinny Cleanse" from Raw Generation. I ended up losing just over 4 pounds. I supplemented this cleanse with raw vegetables because I am the type of person who needs to chew on something every now and then. Cucumbers, Celery, carrots, etc.
The juices were all VERY sweet. Like cloyingly sweet. I enjoyed the taste of them initially, but by day two I was over it. I would recommend Raw Generation use less apple juice in their juices and more fibrous greens such as kale and collards.
Other than the sweetness, I enjoyed this cleanse. It gave me the reset I needed in my routine. Delivery was fast and the juices arrived frozen. All in all, I would recommend this cleanse to a friend, but I will warn them of the sweetness.”
