My orders have always been shipped quickly and still frozen which is amazing. The only change I would recommend is having a live person answer your customer service line instead of a voice mail. I've called on separate occasions at different times and no one answers the phone. I only left a message once which I did get a call back the same day but it still would have been more better if I could have spoken to someone live.
