“This was my attempt at a juice cleanse. Raw was definitely a great choice to begin with. The package arrived within a couple days frozen inside a styrofoam container. The juice did take longer than expected to thaw however. I was able to start the cleanse a day after I received the package.
All the flavors were very tasty except for the protein coconut vanilla(I just really dislike coconut). I was pretty satisfied from drinking just 5 of the 6 juices. I did find myself really wanting to just chew on something. So, I nibbled on veggies and fruit when the urge was unbearable.
In all I was able to drop 7 pounds in those three days. I feel great and may do another one next month. This product is highly recommended for anyone looking for a great 3 day juice cleanse that will leave you satisfied after each day.”
