“I followed the 3 day cleanse perfectly. Drank half my weight in ounces of water each day, and the weeks following. I actually gained .3 pounds. I really cant figure it out. I have done many 3 day cleanse before and have always had weight loss. I really did not notice any change at all except i had to urine more often. Very expensive for three days of only juice and water with zero results. I am disappointed.”
“Did the 5 day cleanse due to bloating, hoping to lose a little weight and a general reset of my body. The cleanse helped with the bloating, felt better after day 3. I ate lean and clean and was at a calorie deficit 2 days prior to the cleanse. Day before the cleanse I ate vegan and remained at the same calorie deficit. I followed the cleanse to a T. I drank 6 bottles daily and drank green tea & water in between. I didn't feel the need to supplement with fruits and veggies because I felt nourished the entire time. The only time I felt a teeny bit of hunger was when my fiance heated up his dinner, smelling his food made my tummy rumble a wee bit. But, other than that it was manageable.
I lost 3.6 lbs. I was hoping for a bigger # considering I prepped properly and didn't veer off course. But it's better than nothing. What I do notice though, that I think is more helpful than anything, is my appetite isn't as nearly salacious as it was before. Pre-cleanse my mind was always thinking about food, and the worst of the worst at that. Snacks, fast food... just bad stuff. My choices the last few days have been very clean and healthy. Hoping this lasts!”

“These were very tasty. I would drink one about every two hours. I always drink a lot of water throughout the day so that kept me full as well. Later in the evening I would nosh on my veggie tray that I buy every time I cleanse. That way I don’t have to prepare the veggies. I lost a few pounds but was mostly wanting to debloat, cleanse, and just feel lighter and better. Which I did!
It does your body a lot of good and you can tell the difference. I’m getting ready to cleanse again and can’t wait to drink that tasty juice! I will prep a day or two before hand this time so I don’t feel as hungry. The hunger will pass, just be patient and get over that hump. Our bodies are capable, we’re just used to eating so much. People have been fasting for thousands of years! Push through it, you will feel better :)
*side note— I quit a day and a half early my first time. I was so sick of drinking so much juice. I’m going to prepare in advance this time and will do better. Prepare physically and mentally. I don’t eat well at all so I was weak !!”
