“Having never done a cleanse before I will say, I was a little skeptical that it would work and that I would lose weight. There are high natural sugars in the drinks, which added to my skepticism but I did lose the weight that I wanted and I actually felt great as I worked my way through the cleanse. I did the 5 day Skinny Cleanse. I found that the drinks really tasted delicious, and I didn't need 6 cleanse drinks a day because I did substitute with the food recommendations. I just felt like I needed something that was solid food a couple of the days. So I ate raw vegetables, a sweet potato as subs. I had a few drinks left over at the end of the cleanse and I have been drinking them in place of a meal after my cleanse.
