“I left a review describing my disappointments about this product. I also expressed how the package arrived with my beverages already half thawed, when even this company explains you should not thaw until you're ready to drink. I was told I should've ordered the Low Sugar Cleanse and supplemented with solid foods for fiber! Why sell a product high in natural sugars if you're going to divert all complaints about sugar content to buying a different product? Why make this one in the first place? And why give a step by step on how to cleanse with NO solid foods, only to say I should've supplemented with solids?
My product was not fully frozen upon arrival, and this company's responses/customer service is terrible.”

“I did the 5 day cleanse. While I was pleased with losing some inches around the waist/tummy, this product only flushes water weight and deprives you of calories. This means *temporary* weight loss. The worst part was how much sugar was in these products. There are little to no healthy fibers or fats. My product arrived HALF THAWED which causes some nutrients to oxidize leaving my cleanse all sugar, no health. What a waste of packaging for something that doesn’t keep beverages cold even in a snow storm. This was the biggest disappointment.
I would not recommend this brand even to “jumpstart” a diet.”
Hi there! Thank you for your feedback! The sugar in our juices is 100% naturally occurring and comes only from fresh fruit and vegetables, there is none added. However, we do offer a Lower Sugar Cleanse option for anyone who is watching their sugar intake or prefers a less-sweet flavor experience while cleansing. With all of our cleanses, we do recommend supplementing with raw fruits and vegetables, a leafy green salad, or raw nuts if you feel that you need a little extra fiber or healthy fats.
“I absolutely looove the product so far: only issue I have is the shipping was a nightmare... the customer service was great, but my first shipment was messed up so I didn’t receive it until about a week later and they offered to send a replacement box which also is delayed on shipping. I don’t place the blame on their customer service, they were wonderful, but it’s hard to prepare for the juice cleanse when my shipment was delayed multiple times
Other than that, the juices are delicious and arrived frozen!”
“Love them. I’m a 78 yr old, great grams of 10, a widow of 19 months after 59 glorious years of partnership. To boost my mental stability I started walking 3 miles every day. A friend gifted me my first juices. Love them. I’ve lost inches and weight since using them . The only photos I take are of nature, birds, sunrise in Key West and puppies. I share them with my children in OR and WA. Love your product. That’s my review.
