“I didn't think I could last 7 days without eating food let alone 1 but here I am, day 4 and feel fantastic!
While I think it's too soon to say for sure, I think this is helping me manage my conditions. I shared some of what I should limit which I realize there are may schools of thought around this so I am by no means trying to give medical advice. Instead I'm trying to show the challenges I face when it comes to eating... 1. thyroid- Avoid foods with soy, cruciferous vegetables, gluten, fatty and fried foods, artificial sugar, processed foods in packages and the frozen aisle, excess fiber from beans and legumes, coffee/caffeine, alcohol 2. anxiety- Avoid alcohol, caffeine, aged/ fermented and cultured foods, added sugar, conventional nondairy creamer 3. pmdd- Avoid salt, fast food and processed food, caffeine, alcohol.
I often find it so hard to eliminate or reduce many of these on my own and end up getting discouraged and "exhausted" from trying. However, the RG juices and guidelines follow right in line with what my body needs! Thank you Raw Generation for helping me get back on track and feel my best! This will become part of my routine and I cannot wait to try the other flavors”

“Was easy to do in 3 days. Juices tasted great, have done other cleanses where juices are bitter and hard to get down. Wonder if the low sugar cleanse would give higher numbers in weight loss, last cleanse lost 6 lbs, this cleanse only 5 but still good. Didn't feel hungry until the last day, but also didn't sub in any food which is allowed.”
