I also expressed how the package arrived with my beverages already half thawed, when even this company explains you should not thaw until you're ready to drink. I was told I should've ordered the Low Sugar Cleanse and supplemented with solid foods for fiber! Why sell a product high in natural sugars if you're going to divert all complaints about sugar content to buying a different product? Why make this one in the first place? And why give a step by step on how to cleanse with NO solid foods, only to say I should've supplemented with solids?
