Hi there, we apologize your experience was not what you had hoped for. A lot of times if your refrigerator is too cold and the bottles go in as a solid block of ice, they can take too long to thaw. If you notice this problem, a great way to thaw the bottles is to take out your juices for the next day the night before you are ready to drink them. Leave them on the counter for an hour or until halfway thawed and then transfer to the fridge overnight. In the morning they are perfectly thawed and ready to go for the day 😊 Additionally, the clock on the 24-48 hours to consume the bottles does not start until there is absolutely no ice left in the bottles. As long as the ice remains in the bottle, the clock does not start on the expiration.
