“I’ve had a rough few months that left my body in a tailspin. An injury required me to take a large amount of steroids (oral abs injections) and it caused my body to crash and burn. I gained 20lbs in the matter of a week due to the steroids and my body’s reaction to them. Despite every effort I made... and I really tried hard... I could not drop any of the added weight. I was willing to try anything.. traditional or untraditional!! I decided to give this juice cleanse a try. I was skeptical and nervous. This was my first cleanse and I choose the 5-day package. The first day was the hardest.. I was feeling hungry for the next juice at the two hour mark... and felt a little sluggish by the evening. Day two was much easier! Day three was a breeze. Day four, I only had four of my juices... and I still was not hungry... day five, I drank three... and I’m doing a sixth day of cleanse with my leftover five bottles!! There was NOTHING about this cleanse that was hard! I didn’t crave food and I did not cheat even once. Actually, I lie... I did have coffee every morning with a splash of almond milk and stevia. I made sure to drink a lot of water as well.
