“Juice tastes great, very easy to follow for 5 days. Lost 5% (5 pounds) of body weight (and a bit of stubborn fat) which was a great motivator to start eating healthy after the holidays. “This was my first juice cleanse. I’m not sure how healthy it is, given the high sugar, low protein, etc. but I’m not a nutritionist. I lost 8lbs in 7 days!
