“I ordered a cleanse and asked Support if I could please have the Pro Tien form of the cleanse instead of this one because they were the same price and they canceled the whole order without my permission. I really needed this product and they canceled the order and did nothing to help get it fixed or to apologize to me for what happened and make up for the situation. My cleanse isn’t coming now even though I have been preparing with the instructions sent to me for the cleanse. I couldn’t believe they were this mean :(”
“I'm a weight watcher, but gained 10-12 lbs from Covid and just can't shake it. I needed a jump start/change. I tried the 5-day skinny cleanse. I loved it!
Pros:
- didn't have to think about what I ate all day long for 5 days
- easy, loved the red/orange drinks, yummy. Green drinks were good too. Usually I had 1 green drink leftover at the end of the day.
- took bottles out of freezer 36 hours before, so 2 nights before the morning I wanted them
- you can also eat! the first day I just juiced, 2nd I added in a banana and green veggies, 3rd added almonds, 4th an avocado, and on the 5th I ate all those things.
Cons:
- expensive
- I took ibuprofen 3 of the days because...
- I had a gnarly headache at bedtime on day 2. I'm not a huge coffee drinker (maybe 2-3 a week).
- For some reason I had some body aches - like muscle aches, and I didn't work out much at all.
Overall, 5 stars and I would definitely do it again. I feel great!”
“This was a great cleanse. I am a big fan of resets, and this did the trick in between the larger holidays (Thanksgiving and Xmas). I felt great overall. The only complaint I had was that it was a little sweet.”
“Three of us did a 7 days cleanse, we all differed in preference; we all cut back on our coffees, two of us lost quite a bit of water weight, one of us didn't, we all felt somewhat differen after the 3rd day.
