“I did the three day cleanse and had wonderful results! The juices were good, green tasting, but still good. I was never extremely hungry and just had a juice if I started to feel hungry followed by a bottle of water to stay hydrated. The results were what I was hoping for, I dropped 7 lbs (in 3 days)! I know this may be water weight and could easily come back if I do not eat properly but it was the catalyst I needed to get back on track. I did decide to stay home and away from temptation and near a restroom (just in case) but that was not a problem. I really used the time to refocus on my diet after the cleanse and as a "me" weekend with self care (face masks) and lots of juice and water. After the 3 days I feel great (thinner too)! I never had a lack of energy or felt drained and now I am excited to get my healthier lifestyle started. I would definitely recommend to friends and would do it again if I got into a junk-funk with eating.”
