“I have ordered the 5 day skinny cleanse on the Raw Generation website as well as from Amazon on multiple occasions and always felt great afterward doing the Skinny Cleanse, however I have only lost 2 pounds each time. The 4 Green drinks are a bit hard to do daily I wish we had more of a mix and match as to what we had to drink with our 5 drinks a day. Over all Raw Generations customer service is fast and follow through with returns if you are unhappy with their products they will give you you your money back. I have also ordered their immune boosting shots and enjoyed those. So if you are wanting to get more energy and clean up your body this is a great kick start. If you are counting on loosing weight this may disappoint you but it is a great choice to start a diet plan with.”

“My main goal for trying this cleanse was to just feel a little better. It definitely did that and I am not complaining about the 8 pounds I lost either. I am really active and was worried I would feel really tired and weak but was pleasantly surprised with how I felt. Definitely gave me the jumpstart I was looking for. Bonus - I liked the flavor of all the juices!

“The juices themselves are delicious and the price is great! It’s the watery no pulp kind and tastes sweet and good. It puts you at a caloric deficit so you naturally lose initial water weight during the initial cleanse and helps you shrink your stomach so you don’t overeat moving forward. I gave a 4 star for product quality since the juices were so tasty.
It lost a star for sustainability since obviously each bottle is plastic and it comes packed in a styrofoam type material to keep it cool and in place for shipping. It also lost the star because I don’t think a juice cleanse is a healthy way to lose weight. It increases your blood sugar level. I don’t have a sweet tooth and don’t eat sweets much but drinking these juices made me very hungry for dessert. This is significant to me and I think it may have been a sugar rebound. I would say it would be better to blend your juices or just add more veggies to your diet, but if you’re looking for an affordable pre-made juice as a supplement to your meals, this is a good brand.”
“The 3-day cleanse was easy, simple, and fool-proof. I loved being able to pull out my drinks for the day the night before as I looked forward to each great tasting juice! Not to mention to beautiful packaging - I'm a sucker for pretty, well-done branding.
The 3-day cleanse was exactly what my body needed. After three years of infertility due to PCOS, we were finally able to conceive. My pregnancy was especially difficult, but the recovery was much worse. My doctor suggested shocking my body with micronutrients to see if my body would finally release the extra fat it kept holding onto (I was gaining weight on a very strict paleo diet with consistent exercise curated by my doctor even a year after giving birth).
