“So, this was my first cleanse and didn't know what to expect. I read up on their blog & faq section and decided to mix in fresh berries when I needed a little something. On day two & three I needed a few almonds & cashews as well. All of the juices I would drink again willingly EXCEPT Sweet Greens. I had to force myself to drink the first one as I was at work. The next day I blended that bad boy up with some frozen strawberries for a breakfast smoothie and that was the only way I could finish them off the rest of the cleanse. I didn't use the full amount of juices each day, leaving me with a full four days on the three day cleanse with one smoothie left for breakfast on the 5th day. The second day in the afternoon/evening I did start to doubt the process. But, once I woke up on the third day, everything was fine and now I'm sure I could do a full 5 day cleanse. I feel better, my stomach/digestive tract feels better and my cravings for sweets & carbs has dropped off the radar at this point. Hopefully that stays as I am just now coming off the cleanse.”
