“The amount of shakes are set whether you are 120lbs or 230lbs. The instructions say drink to hunger, but you only get a set amount of drinks for a set amount of days. I would say 50% of the flavors are tasty, some are outright gross. Customer service was amazing, however. I did lose 13lbs in three days.”

“Love this product except the mix of juices is lopsided for my taste. The Energy & Endurance was barely palatable for my taste and My order was about 60% this variety. This is why I gave a 4 instead of a 5. I’m sure you can customize your order. All the juices were fresh.
The only reason I canceled was my wife didn’t want to continue.

“I was doing fine two weeks prior to my planned juice cleanse with eating veggies, no meat, days before I was to start my fast I broke down and ate a pint of ice cream so I post-phoned my fast for a few days, then I had a strong unquenchable desire for beef liver onions and rice, so i broke down again, post-phoning again. I started my fast monday and it is now tuesday and I already broke down and have eggs with cheese, pancake , and pork roll...I don't think I can do this and that really bothers me at my core.”
