“This was my first time doing a cleanse and it was....rough. I felt super low energy (did the 3-day). That being said...I lost like 5 lbs! Amazing! I will definitely do this again for my wedding (and will also then have a better idea of what to expect).
Oh and also the juices taste great! One suggestion though- could any less sweet juices be added to the cleanse? I would love a veggies-only juice, I felt like my teeth were going to fall off from all of the sweetness towards the end.”
Hi Kris, our juice cleanses are meant to jumpstart your weight loss goals and a healthier diet. However, much like all healthy weight loss regimens, you must continue moving forward with healthy habits to continue seeing results. Juice cleansing can be an amazingly effective quick fix, but if you go right back to eating foods that are nutrient-deficient, processed, artificial, fried, sugary, laden with dairy, etc., the weight you lost will likely return.
