The communication has been rude via phone call. It’s clear that ownership is either stressed out and leading poor service or hiring practices are absolutely lacking.
I have requested a refund. We will see if that actually meets the expectation provided by the brand.”
“I recently did the Skinny Cleanse. This was my fourth or fifth time doing it. Raw generation was quick to respond when I requested a specific delivery date and when I asked to replace one type of juice with another. They were happy to do it and I received my juice really quickly! I usually make the 3-day cleanse into a 4-day cleanse by having a salad with only raw vegetables and olive oil each day and saving a few juices. This is, by far, the best cleanse I have ever done and I highly recommend it. I always lose a few pounds, but more importantly lose a lot of the junk food and chocolate cravings that I have. The juices are delicious and the company is extremely attentive!”
