The communication has been rude via phone call. It’s clear that ownership is either stressed out and leading poor service or hiring practices are absolutely lacking.
I have requested a refund. We will see if that actually meets the expectation provided by the brand.”

I felt great during the cleanse, was never overly hungry, and still could get a good run or bike ride in. I am planning on a cleanse 4x/year now. “I recently did the Skinny Cleanse. This was my fourth or fifth time doing it. Raw generation was quick to respond when I requested a specific delivery date and when I asked to replace one type of juice with another. They were happy to do it and I received my juice really quickly! I usually make the 3-day cleanse into a 4-day cleanse by having a salad with only raw vegetables and olive oil each day and saving a few juices. This is, by far, the best cleanse I have ever done and I highly recommend it. I always lose a few pounds, but more importantly lose a lot of the junk food and chocolate cravings that I have. The juices are delicious and the company is extremely attentive!”
