“The products were well packaged and arrived on time. The juices themselves were healthy and I felt really good while I was doing the cleanse. I wasn't hungry, the macros were good to support my energy levels and everyday activities. I would recommend if you are trying to convert to Keto and want a clean slate. I would also recommend if you have hit a plateau on Keto. My ketones went from .5 prior to cleanse which is an acceptable slow burn to 3.3 on day 2 and now a sustained level of 1.1 after the cleanse.
