“I love the taste of all of the them except for the tart greens flavor. My package came and I put them straight Into the freezer. Most were fine, except some spilled a little when expanded in the freezer. I wanted to do a full 3 days cleanse, but couldn’t commit to that, so I use them as a lunch supplement.”
