“I have done so many cleanses in my life and than I go back to feeling starving right when they are done. But this one was different, I did this cleanse for 5 days, the first day was super easy for me, day 2-3 I felt sluggish & low energy, but I wasn’t horrible than by day 4 and 5 I had great energy and felt great. Prior to this I was constantly bloated 24/7 when I ate, my body needed this cleanse to restart my eating and help me get back on track! I lost about 5-7 pounds. (Depended on how much water intake I had that day) I also drank coffee on this with oat milk. (Only reason I drank coffee is it was the busiest week of my life, waking up at 3:45 am and not getting home until 9 pm) I also still workouts during this cleanse. It was hard to work out but I pushed through it. I did eat raw nuts every single day and the days where I felt like I needed to chew something (day 2-3) I put fresh veggies in my air fryer for dinner and had a cup or two of fresh veggies!!”
