“I really wanted to love this company but......In a large order of 10 towels (mostly gifts), I only ever received 7 and one was damaged. I was happy I actually had this towel I could use for a gift replacement as the one I wanted to give was damaged. Customer service did respond within a week offering a refund of the 3 towels not shipped and 20% off the damaged towel. Overall it was an OK experience but I'll probably shop elsewhere next time. The colors on the Wanderlust were vibrant but be aware that this is a different flatter fabric weave and fringe than some of the other towels. It's hard to notice from the photos on the website and I expected the towels to all be similar in style and quality.”

“Love these towels, I’m now a believer! I have actually just ordered 2 more! Love that these are so absorbent and dry so fast. Am thinking about trying bath towels eventually. Would like to know if there is anyway to get the points for this purchase added to my rewards since I didn’t know about rewards when I made first purchase to help me on my journey towards the bath towels!
