“I've ordered 12 towels and blankets from Sand Cloud in the last 4 months, as well as some other smaller items. They're all fabulous EXCEPT the Navy Acid Wash. I understand acid wash colors will vary, but the first one I got was almost entirely navy, it just looked faded in a few areas, but didn't have any areas of white or even a lighter navy. The exchange process went well, quick turn around time, but the second one is almost exactly the same, slightly lighter in areas, but still entirely navy. It's such a disappointment compared to what is advertised, and beyond what is an expected color variation. It's just not that pretty, it's boring and it just looks faded. I haven't tried to exchange again because I'm not sure it would make a difference. Probably should have exchanged it for a different pattern, but was hopeful that when the new restock came out (since the exchange was coming from that batch) it would be better.
To be fair I will make sure to write a positive review for all the rest of the items.”

It just looks worn out. I understand with dye processes like acid wash one needs to allow for reasonable variation in color, but this was way beyond that, it was just all solid colored. I exchanged it and the turn around time was quick. Since a new batch of this time had just been released I was hoping the new one would be better, but it was essentially the same, just a little lighter in areas, but still no white or even really light areas on it. I probably should try to exchange it again, but I'm kinda over dealing with it. Tried to add a photo here but it won't seem to upload. Just know that it looks nothing like what is advertised and looks faded and old. Totally a bummer since the advertised photo is fabulous!”
“I will just say 3 things about this beach towel:
1. You can pack it in a small space (more room for other stuff!)
2. Sand shakes off like magic!
3. Drys super fast!

“I’ve emailed a couple of times but I only received one towel in my bundle. I unrolled the towel that I received to be sure, and there is only one. And I can’t get a response from the company. :(”
“If I could give this zero stars, I would. I fell in love with the color scheme online and got it when the site was having a huge sale. It finally came in the mail and I was extremely disappointed. The towel is literally super dark blue with a spec or two of white. I wanted tie dye and this did not deliver. I’m hoping when I return it and exchange for a new color it will actually be what is depicted online. I would like to give this company the benefit of a doubt.”
“I ordered a 4 pack bundle and received ONE very expensive towel. The quality of it is nice, but it wasn’t 4 towels.
I have been trying to contact Sandcloud and have sent an email—no response. I do keep getting a lot of solicitation emails though.
The quality of the one towel is nice, but not worth what I paid.
I’d appreciate it if Sandcloud would fix this and then I will update my review.”
“You’re kidding right? You send me an email asking how I liked my products? I wish I knew. They’ve been stuck in shipping hell at Pitney Bowes for weeks, with no sign of receiving them anytime soon. Christmas is six days away, and one of these items is a birthday present for December 24, but I guess I’m not gonna have them on time. I don’t understand why you are using Pitney Bowes for shipping, when they are absolutely horrible!!! Yours isn’t my only package stuck with them, and I am absolutely disgusted by them. They keep making excuses about Covid and the weather, but none of the other shipping companies seem to be having the same difficulties. I’ve been getting plenty of shipments from Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc. Sad to say but I will never order from you again unless you apologize to your customers and promise to never use Pitney Bowes again.”
“This was my first towel from sand cloud! I have been obsessed with it ever since I ordered it. It is super soft, dries a lot faster than my other beach towels, and the sand really doesn’t stick! I love how versatile this towel is, when I get cold I have used this as a shall and it works great!!”
