“You’re kidding right? You send me an email asking how I liked my products? I wish I knew. They’ve been stuck in shipping hell at Pitney Bowes for weeks, with no sign of receiving them anytime soon. Christmas is six days away, and one of these items is a birthday present for December 24, but I guess I’m not gonna have them on time. I don’t understand why you are using Pitney Bowes for shipping, when they are absolutely horrible!!! Yours isn’t my only package stuck with them, and I am absolutely disgusted by them. They keep making excuses about Covid and the weather, but none of the other shipping companies seem to be having the same difficulties. I’ve been getting plenty of shipments from Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc. Sad to say but I will never order from you again unless you apologize to your customers and promise to never use Pitney Bowes again.”
“I ordered a 4 pack bundle and received ONE very expensive towel. The quality of it is nice, but it wasn’t 4 towels.
I have been trying to contact Sandcloud and have sent an email—no response. I do keep getting a lot of solicitation emails though.
The quality of the one towel is nice, but not worth what I paid.
I’d appreciate it if Sandcloud would fix this and then I will update my review.”
“This was my first towel from sand cloud! I have been obsessed with it ever since I ordered it. It is super soft, dries a lot faster than my other beach towels, and the sand really doesn’t stick! I love how versatile this towel is, when I get cold I have used this as a shall and it works great!!”
