“I should have known better but was hoping for a pleasant surprise towel. Instead I now own a non-returnable very unattractive towel. I don’t even want to gift it to someone because it’s just ugly. Sand cloud did respond to the negative review and partially resolved by offering a portion of the cost on a gift card to buy another towel.”
