“I do love the Border Classic Stripe Poncho, but when I washed it, the terry-cloth triangle insert frayed along the edges. I was going to send it back, but I ended up trimming the fray. I hope it does not fray again when washed.”

“I have been wanting to get one of these since they first came out. They are made out of the same material that the towels are. I am a plus size person, so I thought it would just fit and not be oversized. It was baggy on me. I can't wait to use it at the pool and beach. It's also great for around the house. Keeps you covered from your bedroom to the bathroom.”
“I want start off that this is a great product. I’ve watched this brand since Shark tank. Finally made the decision to buy for my kids and family. Ordered not once but twice, I even visited and purchased at their store in San Diego. With my first order I didn’t get an item I ordered. I reached out to customer service, took over a week to reply. “We are busy would you like us to mail you the item or credit?” I quickly replied back, please mail me the item. Felt confident that it would be rectified, and placed a second order. Went to CA visited the store and bought two more.
It’s been over a month and I have yet to receive my missing item AND now they are not responsive. My next course of action is to dispute the charge for my missing item. I’d be very wary to order more than one or two if at all.
I’m sad because it’s really a great product but I have one kid who I will have to find a different one. Rip curl offers a similar product.”
