“Love the towel, however, i would not recommend bringing your dog to the beach with it. my puppy dug at the towel, just like he does with other towels and our carpet in our home (nothing crazy), and the fabric immediately started to fall apart and the fabric string is really easy to rip out of place. that is my only con to this towel!”

“I ordered my towel two months ago and I still have not received it. I’ve contacted customer service twice and they take 2-3 days to respond at a time and it is VERY confusing because they first stated that the towel I ordered was out of stock so I should choose another - then they just told me it’s back in stock and ships in 10 days. This is my first time purchasing from Sand Cloud and honestly this makes me not even want to order again. They shouldn’t sell more towels than what they have. Because I would have never placed in order if I knew it would take 2-3 months JUST to deliver.”
“They give a discount code for 5 star feedback so take them with a grain of salt. The towel is nice but the shipping is screwed up. The tracking doesnt tell you where your towel is and it takes about 12 days to arrive. Customer service is kind of slow too. They just said if the towel doesnt arrive in 2 1/2 weeks email them. Thats 17.5 days. and then another 12 to ship if something does go wrong. Save your mind and order elsewhere.”
