I’ve contacted customer service twice and they take 2-3 days to respond at a time and it is VERY confusing because they first stated that the towel I ordered was out of stock so I should choose another - then they just told me it’s back in stock and ships in 10 days. This is my first time purchasing from Sand Cloud and honestly this makes me not even want to order again. They shouldn’t sell more towels than what they have. Because I would have never placed in order if I knew it would take 2-3 months JUST to deliver.”
