“They give a discount code for 5 star feedback so take them with a grain of salt. The towel is nice but the shipping is screwed up. The tracking doesnt tell you where your towel is and it takes about 12 days to arrive. Customer service is kind of slow too. They just said if the towel doesnt arrive in 2 1/2 weeks email them. Thats 17.5 days. and then another 12 to ship if something does go wrong. Save your mind and order elsewhere.”
