“I have not yet received my order but keep receiving requests to review. I have emailed regarding status but get no response. Very disappointed. They are quick to take your money but slow to respond or deliver your items.”
“I ordered my towel at the end of June with the understanding that things take longer to ship due to COVID. I was charged on my credit card, waiting and there was no delievery. I have been waiting like the email said for my shipping email, nothing. I have contacted customer service x2, called and tried there facebook messaging. The custumer service is awful and no one responds to my messages. I still do not have the towel and no one can tell me more. The company sent me a "write a review" on the towel I never recieved. So here we are, weeks later with no answer. Hopefully this will get someones attention.”
